1. Who handles your information
This website is operated by 北京亿有引力科技有限责任公司 (Beijing Yiyouyinli Technology Co., Ltd.). Contact: support@yiyouyinli.com. This policy covers the website and inquiry form; the SeekTruth App has a separate policy.
2. What we collect
The inquiry form collects your email, application and project needs, plus optional name, inquiry intent, application mode, company, regions, devices, networks and project stage. Inquiry handling records include assigned staff, status and necessary follow-up notes. Necessary server access logs may include IP addresses, request times and paths. Do not submit credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. How we use it
We use inquiries to understand projects, answer questions, arrange technical discussions and maintain communication records. When enterprise email notifications are enabled, we use that service to notify our internal support inbox for authorized follow-up. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. This website does not request camera or microphone access or run third-party advertising trackers.
4. Storage location and retention
Inquiries are sent over HTTPS and stored on our server in mainland China. Initial server inquiry records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Isolated recovery backups are retained for up to 7 days, so a backup copy may remain for up to 7 additional days after an active record expires or is deleted; it is not used for business processing. Restoration reapplies deletion records and removes expired data. Authorized staff manage email copies separately for inquiry handling; contact us to request deletion. Any later project relationship will have separately agreed data-handling terms. Access logs are managed for necessary security and operational purposes.
5. Sharing and security
Only authorized team members may handle inquiry records. We do not sell personal information. Access restrictions, database isolation and other necessary safeguards are used. We do not provide inquiry content to unrelated third parties except with your authorization or to fulfill legal obligations.
6. Your choices
You can email us instead of using the form. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email support@yiyouyinli.com from the address used in your inquiry. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing based on consent.
7. Local storage and updates
We temporarily store submission credentials in the current browser session to avoid duplicates and show a receipt. Form content is not stored locally. Policy changes will be posted here. This website is for business discussions; do not submit personal information about students, minors or other third parties.
